About our products

At WallArtistic we want our posters to not only be beautiful, but also contribute to a better future.

Poster paper and quality
Our posters are printed on sturdy, matte paper of 250 gr./m². This paper is specially selected to guarantee bright colours and sharp details, so that every design looks perfect.

Sustainability
We believe it is important to take good care of the environment. That is why we only use paper with the FSC quality mark. This means that the wood for our paper comes from forests that are managed in a responsible way.

Made in the Netherlands
Our posters are proudly produced in the Netherlands. This not only ensures high quality, but also helps to reduce the impact on the environment by shorter transport distances.

The expected delivery time for shipping to the Netherlands is 1-3 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Dispatch
Orders of €50 or more are shipped for free. For orders under €50 we charge €5.95 in shipping costs. Once your order is processed and on its way, you will receive a tracking link with which you can track your shipment and see the expected delivery date. For deliveries within the Netherlands we work together with DHL and PostNL.

Return Policy

At Wallartistic we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied and would like a different product, a different size, or a refund, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days. We appreciate it if you consider the environmental impact of your choice when making a return.

Not sure about the right size?
Our tip: choose a size larger than you initially think. Many customers tell us that they would have preferred a larger artwork after all, because it adds a little more impact to their interior.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the product and your location. On average, shipping within the Netherlands takes 1-3 business days after production. During busy periods or for custom-made products, delivery may take slightly longer (on average 3-5 business days). You'll find a track & trace link in the shipping confirmation email you receive to track your package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link via email. This allows you to track the status of your package online. If you haven't received an email or are having trouble tracking your shipment, please contact our customer service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can often still change or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been put into production or shipped. Contact customer service as soon as possible (by phone or email). Clearly state your order number and the desired change or cancellation.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for standard products. Within this period, you can return or exchange your purchase without giving a reason. Please note: personalized or custom-made products are often excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please consult our returns page for full terms and conditions and instructions.

Can I order my own design or custom size?

Customization is often possible. If you have a specific size or your own design/photo in mind, please contact our customer service. We'll discuss the options and any additional costs together.

How sustainable are your products?

Our products are carefully crafted, often using environmentally friendly inks and recycled or FSC-certified paper (depending on the product and supplier). We are continuously working on initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint, such as sustainable packaging materials and responsible transportation. How can I, as a company, make a large or corporate purchase?

For business orders (e.g., large quantities or custom office decorations), please email our business department. Please include your company details and requirements (quantities, sizes, delivery date). We will then send you a customized quote and discuss delivery options and any volume discounts.

How do I return something?

1. Please check the return policy
   Please read our returns policy on our website first. Personalized or custom-made products are generally excluded from the standard return policy.
2. Register your return
   Send us an email at info@wallartistic.nl. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you return instructions and an address label (if applicable).
3. Pack the products carefully
   Preferably use the original packaging or an equivalent protective box. Ensure the products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
4. Send the package
   Follow the instructions you receive from us. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for returns.
5. Receipt & refund
   Once we receive your return in good condition, we'll send you a confirmation. We'll then process the refund or exchange as agreed (within the statutory timeframe, usually 14 days).

I have not received an order confirmation

Did you place an order with us but not receive a confirmation? First, check your spam or junk mail folder. The confirmation might have ended up there. It's also possible you accidentally entered the wrong email address. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wallartistic.nl , so we can check if an order is registered in your name. We can correct your email address and send you the order confirmation.

If we can't find an order under your name, it's possible the order wasn't placed successfully. Therefore, always contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
