We only process the data that is necessary to improve our services and handle all information we collect about your use of our services with care. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services of WallArtistic. The validity of this policy starts on 10/10/2022. When publishing a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires.

Web store software shopify:
Our webshop is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you provide to us for our services is shared with Shopify. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with technical support, but will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is required to take appropriate security measures as per our agreement, including SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is certified to process credit card data. They use cookies for technical information, but do not collect personal data.
Web hosting My domain:
We purchase web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. They may collect metadata about the use of the services, but this is not personal data. MijnDomein has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.
Email and mailing lists Gmail: For our business email traffic we use the services of Gmail. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data. Gmail does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors Mollie:
For payments in our webshop we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, payment details, but will never use this data for other purposes. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. They can use your data to improve their services and share it anonymously with third parties.
WebwinkelKeur Reviews: We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. When you leave a review, you provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. They publish your name on their website and may in some cases contact you for an explanation of your review. We share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur when we invite you to leave a review.
Shipping and logistics PostNL and DHL: We use the services of PostNL and DHL to deliver your orders. We share your name, address and place of residence with these parties so that they can carry out the deliveries. If these parties use subcontractors, they also share your data with them.
Billing and accounting: We use data for billing and accounting purposes.
Purpose of data processing:
