Orders
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
No, unfortunately, we can't change an order after it's been placed. If you ordered the wrong item, you can call or email us to cancel it and then place a new order for the correct item.
Dispatch
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns
To submit a return, go to Returns. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Once your order arrives, you can start the return process.
Yes, any regular priced items marked within 14 days of delivery can be returned for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
